   I sent this to the white house and VP cheney (the baby killer as he's known within his family).

   It's not great. I know I can do better, but what do you want from a knock-off?

I have a feeling his psych exam would bear this out.  I'm not certain of his physical health either. At any rate, it would have provided a spot for a different candidate who might not have caused his crowds terrible anxiety and queasiness. It would have saved a lot of wasted campaign money and maybe aided in the Republican party getting across its message much more clearly. Again, I don't mean to pick on Giuliani. I'm only using him as an example.

    Anyway, it's just a thought. I don't know if you would agree, but if you do, please start a bill or something.

I like your idea Rebis, but I have two problems with it.

1) There wouldn't be any candidates left. Anyone who runs for a position like that is inherently mad/unstable. I know three parliamentary candidates and their psychological insecurities are what make them do the job (and indeed do the job well). Actors and writers would have the same trouble I guess.

2) If they aren't mad to begin with, they certainly would be by the end. Power corrupts, and fame makes barmy. Now give someone a famous position of power...
