For me, it means that I'm not entirely comfortable in my bio-male body. But at the same time, I don't think I'd be comfortable in a female body either. If I could have something somewhat in between, that would be great.

By the way, the possessive pronoun "your" in your signature should be replaced with the contraction "you're."

Okay that helps. Thank you for the signature correction as well.

Hi Divatswun, nice to meet you.

To identify as such for me means identifying as neither male nor female. Androgyne is a non-binary gender identity though we are far from a homogenous group. Within this 'area' there is a huge range of possibilities in terms of expression and feeling.

While you can choose to identify as an androgyne it is not a choice to be one.

For myself I often feel like I don't have a gender. I see people behaving in gendered ways and I just don't get why they do it - it is all a bit of a mystery. At the same time I am suffer quite badly from body dysphoria in the sense that my body does not match my internal image of what it should be. I was born into a male body but desire something much more feminine though less distinct than a female body.

an androgyne is a person who's neither male nor female or a mixture of both. most of them anyway.
then there are some who are simply using the title as an excuse to crossdress.
