I met Terri-Gene when I was in SF for chest surgery, before her last stroke. She had had one stroke and was valiantly recovering from it. We spent the day together, which exhausted me cause I was just out of surgery, but I was happy to spend time with her.
I was just thinking about her the other day and wondering if she was ok. My condolences to the surviving family. You, her children, probably know that you were the light of her life, but if you don't, I'm telling you you were. She talked about how proud she was of you and that she wouldn't have transitioned earlier if it meant not having you in her life.
