ok, i know a lot of you have physically done this already and know the costs of it, but i don't know if any of you have had small children (4months-3 years old) while doing this.

for starters, i know i need to go up to the Probate court i think its who they transferred me to, to do a birth certificate name change, every time i call they seem shocked that its not for a marriage license or something. but anyway i know i have to go to court give them 10 bux for the forms, but then Brittiney says they made her and our sister fill them out while they were up there and turn them back in. yeah that's fine because i'm sure they didn't have to pay like $175 i think it is or something like that to file it, because it was for a marriage and costs like that i damn well know she would have complained about it and so would have our sister.

so it is it my best interest to leave the kids with someone while i go up there regardless of whether i have to fill out the forms there or not?

thanks in advance... :D :D :D

You have three kids, right?  and you're going to be attempting to wrangle them and concentrate on legal forms in a situation that is going to produce some anxiety?

Are you freaking SuperWarriorPrincessMickie or something?  babysitter FTW
