Seriously. :'( I went to the shops to buy late-night thesising supplies (chocolate, stationery etc.) and the guy who served me was obviously gay with the checkout guy next to him, and both of them were absolutely gorgeous, and I just can't help feeling soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo jealous, 'cause I know when he served me all he saw was a short boring woman. I don't care if the world sees me as the campest, most effeminate guy on Earth, at least they won't see me as female.

Gah... :'( :icon_cry2: :icon_cry: :icon_tears: :icon_no: :icon_censored: :icon_burn: :icon_bored: :icon_ashamed: :icon_mad: :icon_sadblinky: :icon_sniff:

Sorry, this has probably been done umpteen billion times before. It's just so painful and frustrating and painful and annoying and painful and irritating and etc. etc. expletive etc.

Gah... (again). :icon_cry2: :icon_sniff: :icon_bored: :'( :icon_burn: :icon_sadblinky: :icon_mad: :icon_tears: :icon_no: :icon_cry: :icon_censored: :icon_ashamed: :icon_cry2:

Will :icon_cry:

Thanks. :icon_hug: Guess there's a reason why they call it gender dysphoria... :icon_bored: :icon_sniff:

Right with you there dude. I just want to cry when I get read as female (usually when I open my mouth)

I felt weird the other day when I was actually HAPPY about getting homophobic comments when I was out with my boyfriend. I couldn't be mad at people being ignorant idiots because they had read me as male  :P

It gratuitously sucks.

Only thing worse is being told in one of the many ways it is told, "You are a male/female therefore cannot understand female/male things."  Even with the best of intentions, I want to pull my hair out.
Ill no longer be defined by my condition. From now on, I'm just, Kate.

rawr I hate this. Or "you can't do _whatever_ you're just a girl"

or the worst, if I get mad at someone for a perfectly legitimate reason and they say "woah woah PMS?"

I hate both things. People can look at things so stereotypical.

And Will, yes thats why its called Gender Dhysporia. It sucks but transition helps.

What, you'd rather him see you as a short, boring guy?

QuoteOr when everyone treats you like some delicate flower!

I happen to like that.
It's the Miss, SHE and HER that do my head in.
In college I just got everyone to call me IT. ;D

If that's the only alternative, yes. :embarrassed:

That's funny.  If someone told that to me, it would make me want to pull THEIR hair out.

I suppose we aren't so dissimilar.

Perhaps not, I also love KOSMOS, but not as much as I love Elyham.  Xeno forever.

I know how that goes, I get a sense of rightness when people call me "he" and so on.

But when they refer to me as female it depresses me for most of the day.

I about jump for joy when someone calls me he (suppress it though as would make them question)

But yeh being called she is depressing.  Hate it when people just see me as butch instead of a guy.
Every day we pass people, do we see them or the mask they wear?
If you live under a mask long enough, does it eventually break or wear down?  Does it become part you?  Maybe alone, they are truly themselves?  Or maybe they have forgotten or buried themselves so long, they forget they are not a mask?

Aw hugses William. You'll get there hon. It may take a bit of time, but as long as that's what you're working towards, you'll get there.

It sucks in the meantime though. I know.  :-\

So again, Big Hugs.

Mina.
