I have just watched control, about Ian Curtis. Now I am fond of Joy Division (if that's what you could say), Transmission is a favourite of mine and She's Lost Control...But the film really revealed how much puff has been built around it all. Ian Curtis is not the demi-god people portray him as.

He committed suicide when he was my age now. If I did that, do you think they'd publish my book? It worked for 'Confederacy of Dunces'.

As much as it pains my bf.... Angelina Jolie. I hate how people call her 'beautiful' etc she's a walking skeleton! That is just nasty. And her collecting kids habit? Um...? I'm all for adoption, but seriously?

Definitely Beyonce... echo the "Single Ladies" remark. Hmmm... Renee Zellweger, Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz... and the latter two are in one of my absolute favorite movies, so I find that hilarious.

For some reason, no matter how well Tom Cruise acts, I can't see him as his character. I always see him as Tom Cruise. So when I watch him in any movie, say, Valkyrie, instead of enjoying it, my mind is constantly thinking... "Tom Cruise, what are you doing in German dressed as a nazi?"

  Mel Gibson: hate to knock someone when they are down but he has been an up front religion guy, wanted a large family, nothing wrong with that either, but I understood and I may be wrong, but his religion was pretty big on the Comandments. We all fall over.

Paris Hilton, sadly I think she is a rather lost person.
