I already I know that when on spiro you must make sure you don't consume a lot of potassium.
But according to my understanding, by how much exactly?
I mean, their are fruits and vegetables which contain potassium and those foods are needed to maintain good health.
So the question, have you guys just stopped eating bananas, potatoes, and high potassium foods?
or simply just limited the amount and watched yourself carefully?
