Good luck Gennee, hope it goes well

Can't really give you much advice what with being Muslim but you have my respect for sticking with your faith.
I miss going to Mosque but I had a really bad experience many years ago here in the UK. At the time I was fairly religious and used to hang out with Tablighi Jamaat who are a fairly 'heavy' lot to put it nicely. Anyway, I was dressed male albeit with long auburn hair at the time, one day we had finished prayers and were making tea in a back room when this crazy Morroccan kid walks up to me and grabs my chest with both hands and says "I know what's wrong with you".... OMG! Couldn't have been worse if I imagined it and in front of at least twenty full on Muslim men! I was really shocked and started crying and to be honest they were very nice to me dismissing it with "he's crazy" etc. But it marked me, and as I said I've never been back to a Mosque since except once last year in Indonesia to get married again. I cut my hair, bound my chest and carried it off thank God.
I still pray and do Ramadan and try to justify it that Allah made me the way I am and knows my true identity which is female. As a female I can pray at home and that's probably the best way I trust.
Take care,
