I am so confused right now. Not all too sure where to put this post...

For a while now(3-4 weeks), I've felt like I'm going through puberty again. I'm not on any sort of hormones or anything, but man, it feels like I am. There are times where I get so...erm...turned on(can I say that?) that it HURTS. I remember going through this when I was about 12/13(I'll be 18 soon). It's always so random, too. I'll be watching tv or playing a game and it just...happens. It's driving me crazy! It's effecting my sleep now, because I keep waking up with this problem. I have barely slept for the past few days.
Now get this...I'm also growing hair on my upper lip!? I'm so not complaining at all, but I'm very, very confused. My knees hurt as well. Wtf is going on with me!?!?

It pretty much identical to what happened when I was 12/13...is it even possible to have this happen again? Ugh...I hated it when it happened the first time. I remember being in class and randomly getting turned on. I mean, it gets to the point where I have to do something or I go mad.(Can I say all this?? Not sure where to draw the line on the description..) Maybe it's psychological or something...Please help.....I want to get some sleep. (T-T)

What you describe sounds hormonal and if it's your body going haywire without you purposely altering it's hormonal balance, I'd suggest going to a doc, just to have it checked out.

It sounds like puberty.  It won't kill you.  Your biological clock is ticking.

I'm with Miniar.  If it were me, I'd get it checked out.  If you're knees are hurting, you could be getting taller (like a sudden growth spurt), but if you've already (mostly) completed puberty (and most female bodied people do well before 18), it seems odd that all of a sudden you'd be having a growth spurt.

If it worries you, get it checked out.  It's better to be safe than sorry (...somehow, I think this makes me a hypocrite because I don't go to the doctor unless I'm dying...figuratively, of course).

Maybe it's PCOS. You should see a doctor about it.
