Hard tissue such as cartilage and bone will not feminize/masculinize post puberty. So there will be little change to your profile as you progress on T.
I'm more familiar with FFS and have had my brow shaved. But I *think* that my facial surgeon, Dr. Z., does do MFS as well. But it is probably much less frequent than FFS.
If you are truly curious, drop a line to some of the facial / plastic surgeons and see what they say. I would think that it is likely they could. Reconstructive facial surgery I would think would have something that would apply.
Be aware, though, facial surgery is not for the faint of heart. While I am very pleased with the results, it was like "bobbing for french fries".
