I'm a pre-op mostly closeted t-girl and I'm wondering what products should I use for body hair removal as well as facial hair removal.

I've opted to try a facial hair removal product because I tend to miss spots and always cut myself to ribbons

many thanks.

I never tell people what they should do, I will only say what I do.

On my face, I use a Schick vibrating 4-blade razor and shave gel on my face, shaving against the grain.  Then I rinse with cold water so I can feel any remaining bristly spots standing up, and I shave them across the grain.

On my chest and belly, I use Nads.  The learning curve on Nads is tough, but with experience it works better for me than wax.  Nads says use at room-temperature, but it's an Australian product and room-temp there is pretty warm.  Microwaving it cooks and crystalizes it as it cools, so I heat it up in front of a space heater until it feels slightly warm on the skin.  After I rip the strip off, I reapply it on my arm, and it works pretty good a second time.  I also find that the strips work better after they have gotten a bit rougher on the surface from rinsing and drying, so I keep the strips, and new ones I rinse and dry before ever using them.  I soak the strips in hot water to get the product off, and rinse off the last residue under hot running water.  Then I pile them all up, wring them to get most of the water out and hang them two or three deep to dry.

On my legs, I use two roll-on hot wax machines, alternating the roll on, because using one only, the wax gets too cool.  I use the same strips over and over again, 10-12 times.

On more tender areas, I use Veet cream.  I've never tried it on my face, but I've heard some have had good results.
It's easier to change your sex and gender in Iran, than it is in the United States.  Way easier.

Please read my novel, Dragonfly and the Pack of Three, available on Amazon - and encourage your local library to buy it too! We need realistic portrayals of trans people in literature, for all our sakes

You need to seriously consider electrolysis on your face.  In order for the electrologist to be effective, they need a certain amount of growth, and once you come out of the closet (assuming since you are pre-op, that is your plan) it can be hard to hide.  It takes anywhere from 75-100 hours to clear a typical male beard, so, the sooner you begin, the better.  Although, laser is gaining popularity, it is nowhere near as effective, nor as pemanent as electrolysis.

Hormones and androgen blockers will generally take care of your body hair, but laser seems to work better on body hair than facial hair.  It can be quite expensive, however.  If you are currently on hormonees and androgen blockers, you may want to see the results prior to body hair removal techniques.  Unfortunately, however, they don't affect facial hair, other than slow it down.

Also try shaving with moisturizer or hair conditioner, instead of shaving cremes.  Gillette Fusion here.  Depending on what I plan to wear that day if needed I use an electric on body hair.  If you have tough facial hair, use and electric first to knock it down, then follow with a good multi-blade razor.

If you are just starting out by all means go with electrolysis.  Once you are full time, it is harder to let it grow out for the tech.
