received my first letter

I checked the mail today and I have received my first letter for my Orchidectomy, from my therapist.

I am going to send a copy to my HRT Doctor and he said he would also write one for me. Then I will approach Kaiser about maybe covering it.

I am toying with the idea of asking my doctor for the referral to have them do it.

Received an email from my doctor and he is sending me my second letter. However, he checked, so he said, into Kaiser's policies and they will not cover a gender reassignment orchidectomy. But I still can go through Dr. Nguyen.
