For every person who ultimately transitions, there are likely dozens if not hundreds more who, for whatever reason, choose not to or are unable to.

Nice piece.

That is why it is called your transition.  For me, I had to transition.  As much as I loved my ex, things were not good at home.  She knew about my GID and it was the breaking point for us.

For others they can go now without it, but not me.  No will power?  I don't care, because I am happy for the first time in my life with who I am.
