Because a nose just sits there. It's a bump with two holes in it. Hands and feet are complex machinery, with lots and lots of bloodwessels, nerves and tendons and whatnot.

i've heard of procedures to get taller, but not shorter. they'd have to break your legs off.

Oops! I meant that my feet should be made smaller. My GG sister is actually taller than me.
