So, I've read that most of the growth one achieves down below occurs in the 1st 4 months.  At 6 weeks I've not noticed any discernible difference.  How long was it for you guys before you noticed a change?  I'm hoping that one day a Meta might be a viable option for me, so I'm hoping this isn't an indicator of things to come.

Im wondering the same thing seeing as we've been on T for the same amount of time and  nothing seems different down there yet...

theres a thread in the FTM just for us area that i started.  it has some more in detail info.  for me, growth started almost imediately.  i could tell a change after about 1.5 weeks.

I can't remember exactly but I think I noticed a change after a couple of months.  It's decent sized now (as good as it can be I suppose).  Do I wish it were bigger?  Yes.  But overall I'm satisfied with how big it's gotten.

I got most of my growth between probably 6-12 months.  Initial growth was pretty immediate-- within a week or two there were definite changes.  After about 12 months, I started gaining more girth.  Also, I've been on T & HGH since about six or eight weeks in, so YMMV.

can't remember exactly how long I been on. I never keep track of these things. sure it's somewhere in my blog. but I started out on like a 4th dose, just got a full one 2 weeks ago, and there's major change in size and shape. It actually started changing the first days on the 4th dose. now, while I don't have any hopes if it growing to anything significant, the new physical presence and feeling of it has already relieved dysphorias I didn't even know I had.

edit: just read some of the posts about not noticing anything. um it's not going to be hanging out of your pants or anything, you'll notice it during certain times...

Started on a "full dose."  The head was noticeably bigger within a week of starting T.  Took a few more weeks for it to really protrude from the hood.

Eight months in and it's still growing...

Mister, I have a question. I know you're on T & HGH, but if you stopped taking HGH would your size still stay the same? I would assume yes, but I'm not really sure.

i'm actually off hgh at the moment and have been for about six weeks.  it hasn't shrunk.

I have noticed some growth and I've been on T almost 4 months now.  I hope it grows more though I have heard good things so I am hopeful.  It's definately much more ahem..apparent than previously.

Yeah and does anyone know anything about the cream you can use to enhance growth.  Does it actually work because I am thinking of buying it.  I am already on T but wondered if this would help encourage growth downstairs.  Anyone know anything and where I can buy it online for cheapest (I am in the UK)?

cream is made of DHT, which is also responsible for baldness, so weigh your pros & cons before you try that.

i went on hgh for growth-- no baldness risks there.

penetration is possible pre-op.  now post-op, my lady and i haven't used a strap on in a couple months.

If there was a "miracle-gro" cream for cocks, there'd be huge interest in it across the entire male population.  I suspect it's entire bunkum, unless you can think of a biological reason why it'd work on a FtM man but not a natal male...coz I can't!

Your parents aren't about to give you miracle-dick-gro when you're six months old.  An adult FTM who is six months on T can.

I still don't understand why it would work on an adult FTM and not on an adult natal male?  I realise that the latter may be classed as "development complete" so there's less scope for enhancement...but if that was really a factor, why would HRT (in either direction) still be so effective?

On what biological basis is the efficacy of this cream founded?  I'm just saying I'm skeptical, that's all.

I'm not talking about cream, as I have no experience with it.

In a natal male, they have presumably achieved their maximum genetic growth.  FTMs top out on size as well.  The difference between natal male and FTM penile development is the larger amount of HGH your body produces as a child and through puberty.  By duplicating that as closely as I was able, I managed to achieve a penis that is only slightly below natal male average.
