Thank you :D Yes i am originally from cavite city philippines, and your gf is to? what a small world. And as for putting the video out there, maybe your right i should wait to start posting videos until i speak with my therapist. thank you for the kind suggestion :)

I may have a different mindset than some girls here but to me, I think part of transitioning is being able to pass as a girl and in turn makes me feel like a girl. i dont know i would like some opinions pls...

You're very welcome :)  You probably don't want your vid to get stumbled upon by the usual abusive morons either - not saying it'll happen ... and you can always disable comments. I'm sure some of the folks here can give better advice than me on the trials and tribulations  of transitioning openly.

Oh and my gf's from Aroroy, Masbate - her sister just lives in Cavite with her family.

Hi guys this is my update, i posted the same thing on a different thread.

I have spoken to my therapist for the very first time today and i think it went well. The talk was just about her trying to get to know me, my past, why I want to transition, my family, fears and stuff. She said that I am more than likely to be a transgender, but it is too soon to say really. for 45 minutes session, the price is $125, does this seem okay? My insurance will cover up to $500 and up to 50% then after. Im not quiet sure how many sessions i need to get to the point where i can stand on my own feet without her? I am wondering how many sessions you girls had to go to and stuff... She told me it usually takes 3 months for her to give me a recommendation for HRT. thats about $500 a month! i don't have that much allowance for that at the moment... I chose my therapist, even though she's out of network with my insurance, since she worked with 500+ TGs since she started her career and had alot of experience and connections.

Wow, there is indeed a great amount of time and money that one must have in order to get through this! Therapist, Hormones, Endocronologist, Electrolysis wow :S very discouraging :(

P.S. I have been wanting to dress up more often now, and the thought of dressing up constantly comes to me at night when everything had slowed down.

You have beautiful features!  You'll do very well with transition.

Yes, it's very expensive and time consuming. But it does allow you a lot of time to find out if this is the right path for you. As far as the therapist, it sounds like you're going once a week, yes? For 3 months? That's a bit more than normal, at least that I know of, for getting the HRT letter. I went every other week for 3 months before I got mine, so you'd be doing twice as much as I and most other girls I know of have.

I would talk to your therapist and see if you can come in every other week instead if money is a constraint. As for the price, mine was 50 minutes for $150 so yours sounds like a good price as far as I'm concerned, but it probably varies from location to location and therapist to therapist.

Thank you Maiden :) I am looking forward to growing my hair fully and start taking hormones :)

Thank you for your feedbacks, they are very useful and important to me :)
She wants to meet me next week because she'll be away in 2 weeks, so well probably do 2 sessions a month for 3 months after next week :)

Wow - is that your own hair?  You are way passable, girlfriend!  I am so jealous.  For some reason, it seems to me that those with Asian features have an easier time passing.  I've wondered if it's easier for that ethnic group to pass in America than in Asia?  Anyway, my only suggestion would be to wear something a little higher on the chest when you go out and put a sock or two in a bra.  You'll be ma'am'ed and miss'ed no problem!

hi and thank you calliope, no its just a wig unfortunately lol, im still growing my hair out. It prolly will take me 2-3 years to grow it to that length lol. I think asian men do have a more softer features than any other ethnicity, that is why its rare for me to have an attraction towards them. I am 5'7 and petite however, i think 90% of asian girls are smaller than 5'7 and have a more petite body than i do, so i think passing in asia is a little bit harder than passing in the US.

thanks Kyle :) i do feel very lucky to have a softer face than most males, which i previously thought was a curse when i thought i was gay and wished to have had a manly face. i am lucky to pass as is without being on HRT or surgeries, however i'm still looking forward to being in hormones :)
