I don't want to get too graphic here, but I just discovered that I can literally 'jack off' now. Different sensation there. Same feeling, orgasm, etc pretty much, but I can get a much better 'grip' on it, if you know what I mean. 
Yeah, it's still tiny, but I 'feel' more physically male now. Watched plenty of guys do it, but gripping the base is something I never expected to experience myself. Kinda surreal.
