P.S. dont starve yourself it will only slow your metabolism way down as your body shifts to survival mode increasing overall body fat

All my muscles have latlry broken donw due to not going to the gym in a while (how long can i resist??? Im not sure

) But my shoulders are still HARD AS ROCK! they just don't seem to lose muscle off them not matter how little excerise i do =(
Once i come out and get the ball rolling, get on E and other things like that i hope it will start to brake down my muscle mass. Im still young so i guess it can take a little while. (I hope not though).
I would never strave myself.... I would last about a day and then go to the shop and buy a BIG block of chocolate!!!!
