I don't know who to thank, maybe to a couple of youtube videos that I've watched?? I don't know.

I just got up from having 1 heck of an awesome dream. I had a dream where I walked inside this surgeons office, explaining the situation that I had, where I needed to have my top surgery done. Without having a note the surgeon agreed to perform the surgery. On the day of the surgery, I was a bit hesitated, fearing for what is about to happen to me I told myself "This is what you've been waiting for all this time! Go for it!" several times and when I gave the thumbs up to the surgeon, who was about to put me under with the gas, and said "Lets go for it!". The surgery seemed to have went by pretty fast because a sec later I had my top surgery done! You wouldn't believe how excited I was to have done the surgery. I was showing off my sexy chest after the surgery (Dream world seems to heal pretty fast), without having the extra tumors attached. I felt so darn happy and so motivated, even if I can't afford to have the surgery done in the real world.

After surgery I went to a therapist to get myself some T! I Just LOVE dreaming!

Awesome dream! If you really felt so good about it, you should maybe consider really trying to save up for the surgery. That way you can feel so happy, but not just in the dream world. : )

That sounds pretty awesome. Like NightKoi said, maybe you can start saving up to make it a reality.

I had a dream where I woke up suddenly as a guy and I was so happy I could cry. You could see my flat chest in the mirror and everything. At that time, I was really convinced that I was transgender; I was excited in my dream and kept wishing that I had similar dreams (I don't really have a lot of cross gender dreams unfortunately.)

lol I had a dream the other night where I had my male body...but due to a war I was fighting in as a soldier  , I got forced into women's clothes for some strategic reason I don't remember  . I think it was a Japanese schoolgirl outfit. Sucked being forced into those clothes...but very humorous considering I was running around in this endless toy store (the front line of our battle) with an M-16 and Cloud Strife as my war partner.
I think I ended up having sex with him in the basement of my grandmother's house (which somehow appeared in the toy store) at some point in that dream, which was beyond strange/awkward..because I don't even like Cloud and I'm not a huge fan of Final Fantasy..
....and I'm straight.

I had a dream kinda like that once, where I had had top surgery

Sure it was nice, but waking up was a bitch I think i almost cried when I felt my chest and could still feel my boobs there.

I had this similar dream when I was young child. 
it was about that I woke up in hospital with stitches on my chest and my boobs is gone. 
This dream became real on Nov 2rd 2005 for me.

i had a dream once that was set in the future, and T was suddenly this super cure-all that only needed to be taken once a year. no bad side effects and the results were amazing.. like.. insta-dude, even girly facial features were taken care of somehow. and it was dirt cheap.  also top and bottom surgery had been perfected and were cheap too

Yup, I get this kind of dream too. A few days ago was the most recent one, actually! But yeah, it sucks waking up and feeling to see if it was real... and of course, it's not.  Then I spend the rest of the day feeling disappointed. Yay.
I keep getting that same kind of disappointing dream these days! Like the other day I dreamt that my mum made me soup, and I woke up to find her offering it to me for breakfast... but NO, I woke up, she wasn't around and I had to make my own damn breakfast. Man, soup cravings! 

hah not to be captain obvious but yeah, good dreams are... good! haha


though a few days after my boyfriend came out to me as ftm, he had a dream that i came out to him as mtf.    i dunno if that was good or bad for him
