Hi, my "real name" is Sophie, and I am 15 years old. I read the rules which say that as long as I act like an adult, my age doesn't matter, so that is what I intend to do.
I've looked around this site and you all sound like a really supportive group of people, which is good because I've never told anyone about being a transexual before.

You don't have to act like an adult either. you are a teenager, so you would be more comfortable acting like a teenager.  Unfortunately there are a lot of adults who don't know how to act.  All you have to do Steven is act responsibly, and respectfully.

As I have said to others like yourself, you don't have to tell us your "real name". You can modify your post if you like to take that reference out. Your call. That being said, welcome to Susan's place.

Sounds like you've been exploring already and it's good that you read the rules first. You'd be surprised how many people post first and read rules later, many of them adults, so your ahead of the game already.

There is also the Wiki which has lots of useful info and when you're ready for such things there are plenty of links to therapists and doctors etc which you will need as you advance along your journey.

So fix yourself a cup of tea or other realxing beverage, sit down, take your shoes off and set a spell.

Thanks for making me feel so welcome everyone. And yes, as over-rated as "real names" are, that was just the easiest way to explain my situation. I much prefer to be reffered to as Steven, with male pronouns etc.
