anyone been to Dr. Thomas?

Feminising Laryngoplasty and Thyrohyoid Elevation. I'm interested. I spoke with Dr. Thomas and I've heard all the recordings on his website.

Has anyone been to him for either the FemLar, TH, or both?

If you have -
Are you satisfied with your voice after surgery?
How natural does it sound?
How was the overall experience?
Is singing possible?
Did your voice lose power (not as strong or can't yell as loud)?
Anything else you care to share?
