Ok, this might sound a bit odd.  But following surgery, which was partially an attempt to correct my chronic headaches, I am no better than before.  While I am continuing with my doctor to find a remedy, I have also been looking at alternatives.  I found something very interesting: those who advocate firming and toning exercises for the face, neck, and forehead.  There are different variations out there and some yoga exercises for the face that some find work well.  In addition to  headaches, there are exercises for:
-under eye bags
-neckline firming  (There is now a machine being advertised to help with this.)
-jawline firming
-forehead tightening and eyebrow lifting

Some are combined with vitamins and minerals and some also use ice.  Exercise is also supposed to increase collagen production and reduce pore size.

I would love to have some of these benefits, as you can see my face is aging somewhat.

Now I have never had much of an Adam's apple at all, but I am also wondering if these work, would that make it more prominent?

So, if you will forgive my rambling, I am wondering if anyone out there has ever tried any of this, and if so, what have the results been?

Age?  What aging?  You're what 20s?

But I have heard for exercises to help in those areas.  But I have never been one that can keep to that kind of regiment.  But I would like to see something.

I could ether use something like that or a face lift.

The fact is that we are getting old, although we can delay it temporarily and superficially.

Of course, I sometimes apply lotion and ice to my face to diminish wrinkles. In my case, massaging my face with one or two cubed ices from the home refrigerator has been most effective in reducing pores and deiminhsing wrinkles.

It's good to exercise your facial muscles regardless of surgery or not. Men tend not to smile much, so smile a lot and get those facial exercises going!  :)

Well here is a sample of what I have seen:

Lean your head all the way back, open your mouth, and jut your chin as far out as you can while you slowly close your mouth. Do 10 reps 2-3 times every other day.

Lean head back jut chin out and swish your cheeks back and forth slowly (like you're gargling in slow mothion). same reps then relax.

For your forehead open your eyes really wide forcing your eyebrows up as far as you can and hold for a count of 5. 10 reps etc...

Lift your head up and slowly turn your neck from side to side.

Lay back on the bed and let your neck 'drop' slowly backwards off the side of the bed stay there for about 10 min. (Unless you start to feel dizzy). Slowly pull yourself back onto the bed and lay there for a few seconds before you try to stand up.

Gently tap around your eye (especially under neath the eye) with the pads of your fingers.
(this will help with blood flow and release fatty tissue that builds up under the eye, just be very gentle as this area tends to bruise easily).

All of these things will help with muscle tone and circulation in your face, which helps with the production of collagen. (An essential ingredient for elastic healthy young skin).

Another tip: when waking in the morning and just before bed, apply an ice pack to your face for about 5 min. Remember to wrap it in a towel to avoid freezer burn on your face. Your skin will look a little pink afterwards. This is just do to extra blood flow.

There are many vitamins, minerals & amino acids needed in the production of collagen ie... vitamin A, B6, C, D, E, K, Copper, Zinc, and several amino acids. The best thing to do is take a multi-vitamin supplement and get 10 mins of sun every day (with a good SPF 15 at least, sunscreen).

You will begin to notice a reduction in the size of your skin pours and smoother skin with regular use of these tips.
