Well here is a sample of what I have seen:
Lean your head all the way back, open your mouth, and jut your chin as far out as you can while you slowly close your mouth. Do 10 reps 2-3 times every other day.
Lean head back jut chin out and swish your cheeks back and forth slowly (like you're gargling in slow mothion). same reps then relax.
For your forehead open your eyes really wide forcing your eyebrows up as far as you can and hold for a count of 5. 10 reps etc...
Lift your head up and slowly turn your neck from side to side.
Lay back on the bed and let your neck 'drop' slowly backwards off the side of the bed stay there for about 10 min. (Unless you start to feel dizzy). Slowly pull yourself back onto the bed and lay there for a few seconds before you try to stand up.
Gently tap around your eye (especially under neath the eye) with the pads of your fingers.
(this will help with blood flow and release fatty tissue that builds up under the eye, just be very gentle as this area tends to bruise easily).
All of these things will help with muscle tone and circulation in your face, which helps with the production of collagen. (An essential ingredient for elastic healthy young skin).
Another tip: when waking in the morning and just before bed, apply an ice pack to your face for about 5 min. Remember to wrap it in a towel to avoid freezer burn on your face. Your skin will look a little pink afterwards. This is just do to extra blood flow.
There are many vitamins, minerals & amino acids needed in the production of collagen ie... vitamin A, B6, C, D, E, K, Copper, Zinc, and several amino acids. The best thing to do is take a multi-vitamin supplement and get 10 mins of sun every day (with a good SPF 15 at least, sunscreen).
You will begin to notice a reduction in the size of your skin pours and smoother skin with regular use of these tips.
