Never met another transgender in real life

I think I am lonely trasgendered crossdresser who communicate with other transgendered people only throught the internet.

I indeed wished to meet another, but I have been busy or they just did not appear. One of my friends once told me that he met another crossdresser like me, but I did not have chance to meet him or her.

Some people said to me that there are some transgender bars in my town, but I have not seen any. I said to them that I wish to have a chance to go there together. My motivation is just to see other m2f transsexual in real life. I heard those places are rather expensive to enter compared with other bars.

I just worry I will never meet and talk with any other transgender in my life.

I can't be of much help with the Korean bar scene, largely because I have not had the pleasure of visiting your nation, though I'm told by people I know who have been there that it is very beautiful.  But the next time you're coming to the States let me know, I know a lot of nice bars, and places that have shows, and other types of activities - as well as all the not so nice bars too.

But we are out there, its not nearly as underground as it was up through the 80s.

My country had been once very gorgeous until it was industrialized and developed. Nowadays, those mindless capitalists build rapaciously everything along coastlines and mountains such as restaurants, resort hotels, golf courses and skiing grounds while the goverment do little to control it. Nevertheless, some coastal areas and islands still survive to show off their beauty. Fortunately or not, North Korea preserves virtually everything natural, but it does not have so many rias coasts compared with S. Korea.

When I was in the States, one of my friends used to promise to enter a strip-show bar with me, but he did not make it.

There are many bars here, and a problem for me is that some girls tend to be very interested in my geni*ls. They giggle and touch me as if I am a serving girl and they are men. And in rare cases, my male friends get upset as girls ignore them and are interested just in me.

In my home town, there are many foreigners, usually from N. America, China, and Southeast Asia. But the racial diversity increased dramatically recently, and a city here once reported that people from ca. 200 countries reside there.

It makes me so hot when people can use the correctly use the word rapaciously in a sentence.  And to be fair, the South radically industrialized and the North did not, but then again, the South has never faced a famine either.*  Give a little get a little.  But if you get the Google satellite photos of Korea, the line between them is pretty clear.  In the same way you can see the border between Haiti and the Dominican Republic very clearly.  One side has trees, the other has been almost totally deforested.

* In fact, no industrialized nation has ever had a famine.

Neither have I, Barbie.  With a total population of 4 million Ireland is a village, really, and most people know each others' business.  There are adverts for ->-bleeped-<-s in Dublin, but that's all about paid-for sex.
Thanks for sharing the video of your local beach. Almost as uncrowded as an Irish beach, but we have no beach-side high-rises.  The lovely soft sand is the same the World over.

Well, as long as we're on beaches, here is the one by my house.

Tried to embed it, but just go the front page, and click on: Winter Warning: Coast is beautiful but dangerous.

My hometown, Busan (or once Pusan) is the 2nd largest city here in Korea. Pop. size is about 4 millions. It was the only city in Korea that was not destroyed completely by airstrike in 1950-1953 (Korean war). The problem now is the population size has been decreasing unlike other major cities here. The city provides us with a small incentive because we have 3 kids. Toll fees are free if I show a card prooving I have more than 3 kids (birth rate here is the 2nd lowest in the world).

A movie was made based on the beach here, and it was a big hit last year:

I have met a few. Some were "professionals". I did meet one girl that lived full time, worked for a little sign shop. She was very sweet. I would have loved to stay in touch with her when she moved away but, sadly, I failed to get any contact information before she left. We had some pretty great conversations and there was a definite connection, not attraction, just connection. I hope she has found what she was looking for and has continued down her path to be true to herself.

I meet a lot in Philadelphia! Every Monday night there is a T-Girl party at one of the gay bars. Fun times. Plus I know 2 where I work at. It is a large University but I didn't expect to meet 2 others.

Living in a dense metropitan area of the US, I've met/seen quite a few TG folks over the years, though I've always been reluctant to join one of the clubs and have never cared for classifed ad meetups. I've not made any offline TG friends and, in retrospect, regret that.

I recall back in th '80s, when I first started exploring this part of myself (growing hair/buying clothes) I rented a PO box in an adjacent town. I'd have to get the mail out of it every week. One day I saw another box-checker who had obvious leanings of the same sort. Though tall and heavy set, he wore a non-defining sweatsuit, but had the most beautiful shoulder length hair obviously salon frosted and curled. We both noticed each other and doubtless both had the same thoughts. I've often wished I'd started a conversation.

Hi Barbie

I know how you feel. It took a long time for me to meet another tgirl. I don't think it happened until I was in my 20s. (I am, by the way, korean-american).

Hang in there and you'll meet someone, and eventually you'll have a whole group of tgirlfriends!

There are some internet cafes for TG and they have off-line meetings. As my schedule is tight, I can not attend an upcoming meeting. Someday I may have  a chance.

Jill,

I just visited your blog site. You look sexy and natural.

Your story at early ages is similar to mine.

Probably when I was 4 yrs old, a young lady visited my house and I shared the room with her and my mother. At that time, we did not have electric power and I woke up at midnight. Under candle light, I saw silk stockings of her left in the corner, and tried to put on. Unexpectedly, they were too big for my little legs and I was disappointed. My mom woke up and tried to help me out. But my legs was anyway too small. At that age, I wanted to be a woman, but I knew that it I can not be a woman, and I became a little bit sorrow. Thereafter, my stories are similar to others here... except that my parents never scolded it. When I was at teens, my mom used to say that I would be very beautiful if I were born a girl  :D

i've never met any either, which when i think about it is pretty strange considering there is a TG shop less than five mins from where i live, that's been there since before i was born, guess they're doing a good job at 'making beautiful women' as the tag line says ;)
