In one of the pryor post many talk of having female orgasms and being  preop,  I am a preop but just can't seem to get there... What can I do or how do I do it?

lilacwoman

you get the female type orgasms if you are female ... but the sensation is kind of a whole body thrill thats just hard to explain...i really notice it now in the shower- i can stay in a shower all day now just sort of in ecstasy...could this mean that estrogen has somehow made my skin/nerves more sensitive etc just as the experts say it does?

I have been on hormones for over five 5 years and am very frustrated, maybe I am trying to hard or wishing for magic.

I'ts not magic, but it does seem to be easier to find for some of us, than others.

Practice is important, but finding the key often occurs once you stop trying.....and stress can make the exploration process a lot harder.

Is there a type of orgasm that falls between the typical male or female definitions?

I'm thinking of a pre-op non-ejaculatory orgasm that may be quite easy to attain with physical stimulation but may not be at all like what a genetic female experiences.

Hi Kay...I'm not totally sure what you are asking here...  ::)

If it's something you are experiencing, then yes it's quite possible to experience dry male orgasms for a number of reasons. A sensitive prostate could potentially have the sort of effect you describe....but I'm only guessing.. ;)

Case in point:  pre-op, healthy prostate, regular estrogen use, sporadic anti-androgen use, age 68.

My question refers only to whether it's something beyond male orgasm but short of genetic female orgasm.  I've never read anything to indicate that there's some sort of intermediate type, and I have no point of reference regarding female sensations.  So I'm just wondering.  Whatever it is, it's very intense.

Hi Kay... I still have to ask, are you experiencing it.. are are you asking about the possibilities of trying?

A lot of people find that their overall body sensitivity increases dramatically on HRT, and that helps stimulation.

It is also quite possible to achieve a pretty much 90% "Scream the house down" female orgasm pre-op.

Yes.  I'm describing my own experience.

Yes.  I'm describing my own experience.

In that case it probably all I can say is enjoy it.... ;)

If it's more like a dry male orgasm from direct stimulation that maybe lasts longer and feels deeper... its possibly the effects of the meds you are taking.

If you are finding that you getting stimulated from "indirect" nipple stimulation, or simple skin touch in areas away from the genital region, then you are beginning to tap into more feminine pleasure centres that are ususally overlooked by the male body. It this is the case then you can expect the experience to develop and change with time and experimentation, and it can become more exploration than repetition.

Clearly pre-op, it is not possible to combine direct and indirect stimulation to reach female orgasm, but some pretty impressive results can still be achieved, and a warm "fuzzy" feeling afterwards   :)

a couple years ago I was rubbing the front of my panties & to my surprise
was able to achieve a full & wet orgasm while tucked nicely away without a bit
of an erection. Now it is the only way I can orgasm.
It is wonderful

My male plumbing is useless which is fine with me. I do have a female orgasm occasionally and it is much different than a male orgasm. It takes me a long time and I must be softly romanced after a bubble bath and a soft massage. After being gently penetrated I get this warm glow all over my body. It is not a quick release like males have but a long lasting feeling of warmth and happiness. I quite like it and I am hopeful it will get even better after SRS.

I'm a wanna be MtF sort.

I don't take any hormones or blockers.

I have to say that, for many years, the male organism was more prominent.

In recent years, as my male libido has shrunk to almost nothing, like lilacwoman, I often find that showers can be incredibly powerful experiences.

It isn't like the male organism at all.

You need to be relaxed and feel confident. If I thought that someone knew I was there or had anything on my mind, it isn't going to happen.

It starts locally, sort of, and spreads all over. I can't really describe it in physical terms so much as an exhilaration.

With the male orgasm, of course, you reach a point, stop and are exhausted. Perfectly normal.

With this, it isn't that at all.

I'm a little self conscious about explaining this. Firstly because I've never done it before, or even spent much time thinking about it. Secondly because I'm aware that other MtF here are taking hormones, blockers, have transitioned, even post op. Their experiences will probably be different.

I am more than ready to accept that, what I'm experiencing is way off the mark.

I've only had one female orgasm, and I can not even describe with the english language on how incrediable it was.  I have yet to duplicate it, but at this time in my life, I am not very sexual anyway.

It's my full orgasm without erection that amazes & brings me some satisfation since I never even thought it was possible.

Actually you are pretty close.  The feelings are more dispersed than a male centric orgasm.

But in a very real sense, no one can relate to how someone else feels *anything*.  There have been studies that try to compare orgasms between males and females.  On average a male orgasm has been described as feeling like blowing up a balloon until it explodes and a female orgasm has been described as eating something delicious until you are full.

Or:
MALE: more more more more *explode*
FEMALE more more more more more more more more *stopStopSTOP!!!!!*

Additionally you can also describe orgasm in terms of it's biological necessity.  In the male it is designed to ejaculate sperm.  It is a muscle contraction just bordering on a convulsion.  In a female it is a series of muscle contractions designed to open the cervix so that the ejaculated sperm can enter the uterus.

Our bodies are designed to make or become pregnant.  Our sexual response is designed to be pleasurable so that we will keep trying to make more of us.

On a very basic level much of our physical responses are similar because we all start as female in utero.  Much of the basic musculature and nerves are similar if not identical regardless of the birth gender.

I noticed a definate and pronounced diferance in my orgasms about 1 week into HRT. I do not know the how or why but the estrogene fueled O is much better than the T fueled one. At least for me.
Most of sex is in the head so this is definatly going to be a YMMV kind of situation.

If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

Sandy.

Thank you so much for that.

On here, I've tried so very hard to simply open up. Things which I've kept private for years and things which I've never faced up to at all.

I know, at times, I am a bit forceful and even a little overbearing, perhaps on issues that I think I really understand.

But to be quite honest, I'm doing this for myself more than others. I just hope, along the way, someone might get as much from me as I'm getting from everyone else.

I felt really silly writing that response. I'm not doing what most people are and I sometimes feel a bit of a fraud, to be honest. I'm just not ready and have too many issues, baggage if you like, to deal with first.

But your response has made me feel that it is really worth it.

Thank you so much again.
