Who finds it easier to pass, MTFs or FTMs? Which one tends to pass more often?

FTMs.

Depends upon the person's age, genetics, where they are in transition, and their state of (un)dress.

I would say overall most FtMs can get to the point where they pass more quickly and easily than most MtFs in most situations.  Then again, a 40-year-old, pre-T FtM will probably have a have a harder time passing than a 16-year-old MtF, especially if she's on hormone blockers.

However, with enough time and money MtFs can get to the point where even a lover might not know.  FtMs will likely never have that option (without making up stories about medical mishaps or birth defects).

I would stereotypically and generally say FtMs but like the above said...It all depends.

I don't know that there is any way to know this, but I would guess FTMs just because women are always checking each other out and guys rarely look at each other.

It would depend on the age, general build, and feminine/masculine look to the face/body.

But I think generally FtM passes better.

An impossible question to answer in my opinion.

I don't know about anyone else's experience, only mine.

Also I rather dislike the concept of passing anyway. Surely all that matters is whether other people are polite and friendly?

My take on it is:

FtMs on the outside more often then not pass better then MtFs

But MtFs internally pass better (Female organs, etc.) Since FtM surgery is still at odds...So both sides have their strong points and weak.

I wonder these days if I pass, even to myself.

I can't see that at all. Most Male to Females have the wrong bodyshape and is more apparent with less clothing regardless of genitalia!

female to male. female to males get alot of masculine features from hormones alone, but male to female have to do more surgical procedures.
