Ok, so I've been battling with bad razor burn and ingrowns since i started shaving my leg, and I mean BAD. I started the mach 3, ouch, the turbo version was a little better but still left me in quite a bit of pain for the next few days. but then my sister gut the schick quatro, I went out and bought my own blades for it, and got the blades made for the power version (the orange one)havent touched my mach 3 since. Still some discomfort it tricky areas. I used those up and when I went to get more I made the bad mistake of getting the regular quatro blades. imagine shaving with a serated knife.... so I went all out and got the quattro titanium blades...Worth every penny of that $12. so heres my explanation....
-the blades in both the power and titanium are spaced closer together than the original quattros, the mach 3 spaced even further apart
-the moiturizer strips last longer, and much more so than the mach 3
-the titanium coating on the blades....now I thought it was just another sales ploy, but if you, like me, have not started HRT, and still have that horrible thick, stiff, body hair, then you know one blade doesnt last very long. often dulling by the end of the first leg. The titanium stays sharp to the end...
so if you still trying to find the right blades, try the Quattro Titanium, they're worth it!
