...so the wind is here. When I bought my little wheeled house they warned me about March so thankfully I had it ready. It started last night and it's like being in the middle of an ocean wave, it's so beautiful. I love the wind, when I was a little kid I used to sneak out of the house during tornados and hurricaines, lol. For me, being in a windstorm is like being in the moment between thoughts. It's beautiful, quiet and torrentious at the same time, and just an incredible, magnificently humbling force of nature.

Some people like the forest, some the desert, some the open road. Where is your place between thoughts, where do you feel so small and weak and yet undeniably important? When I'm watching a windstorm swirl around me my inner turmoil feels expressed, and I'm ok for a few moments.

I understand the rockin and rollin, because of the wind.  My house-on-wheels rocks when the gorge winds blow here. that is why I am moving.  Just to get away from the winds and the cold.

For me, it is the coast during a storm.  The waves cracking, the wind blowing and the rain going sideways.  Just total awesome.

Remember, the lion will lay down with the lamb - but you can bet the lamb ain't gonna be sleeping much.
FIGHT APATHY!, or don't...

For me it is by the river during a lighting storm.  When I was a teenager things were worse for me and I would run down towards the river to get away from it all.  one time i was down there and a storm moved in.  Seeing the lighting dance across the sky without a care in the world and every once in a while it would hit the water showing it power.  Many memories from my childhood are scatered but that day I remember.  I was about 13 years old my mom and dad were fighting over me being on the baseball team.  They are divorced now living in different states one on each side of that same river.
