Hello. I've been searching the internet for information, but haven't found anything reguarding what I'm looking for. So I thought I'd post somewhere appropriately close.

I'm a m2f transgirl, and have been since about 2002 (I was aware well before then too). So I'm no stranger to the ways of the transgendered individual. I've only done hormone therapy, and no SRS, or even testicular removal (although, this is on my list of something to have done). I pass with ease, and I generally like myself for who I am now. Generally.

For years, I've tossed the idea of SRS around. I've never come to a decision. One would think me indecisive, or not really questioning her gender status, but... I don't want to get rid of my penis. But I want a vagina. Actually, I want both. I want a penis and a vagina. (And the penis is usually used in the creation of a vaginal cavity in SRS.)

I identify as a woman, and don't feel that my genitals should classify that for me. What's more, I don't want to be restricted. But I'm not crazy, and I know that something like what I want is completely absurd! In my search, I've only found two related things; intersex (people born with both sexual characteristics), and futanari (japanese cartoons bearing both a penis and vagina).

Google has essentually failed me here, and so I'm bringing my question and quest to a more public forum. Does anyone know about this sort of thing?

Well, they would have to dig a hole through the internal part of your penis. Then they would need tissue for the vagina, so maybe your colon? Find some side view pictures of pelvic anatomy of the male and female to see what I mean.

may I ask why you are seeking genital anatomy of both sexes? is it a fetish? (because I don't understand it.)

I saw pics of someone with the genitals you describe. Unfortunately, I don't remember where. It might even have been a porn site. And I'm not sure that the person had had surgery, although it's almost inconceivable that s/he had not.

I'll sleep on it and see if I can remember. Are you sure this is what you want?

Modern stem cell research can culture nerves and cell material. It's not possible with old methods of SRS, but it may very well be possible with newer methods and medical research.

The challenge, I imagine, would be getting around existing organs like you said.

Next time you check, you may want to check my desires on the topic. There are intersex individuals that seek genital surgery, but not all. There are plenty that are content living life as they are.

And if you don't understand, you probably won't or can't understand. It's like explaining your trans status to someone that is perfectly content with their gender. They have not base to go off of. Whatever they think they understand is a pervertion of the facts.

Please do get back to me. It'd be nice to get actual information, rather inquisitive befuddlement.

Loopy, I've been trying and trying to remember, but it must have been nearly a year ago that I saw this footage. I'm pretty sure it was a free porn site, but I only knew of two back then. So it would have been either xtube or redtube. You might try some of the trans or "->-bleeped-<-" sections. I'll post again if I remember or if I come across it, but I don't have much hope. I don't know what else to tell you. Sorry.

I remember seeing something like that, long time ago.
But it was a GG with a fake penis attached above her vagina. Glued *ouch!* on maybe.
But sorry, nothing about any surgery for that.

Loopy, I haven't heard of any particular procedures like the one you're looking for. Perhaps you may want to see about consulting a doctor who performs SRS and see if they may have any ideas on how to achieve what you're looking for.

TBH, I can see the appeal, although I can't imagine how to explain it. It's something I've considered more than once, but file under "not gonna happen" and go on with my day.
