When I made the "FTM: Bi? Gay?" thread, I didn't mean to offend people. It's just the way I was being honest and speaking my mind. The whole point of making that thread was so you guys could help me understand but after a several replies from people who tried to explain it to me, the whole thing went down and people started being defensive. My apologises if I made it seem like I'm attacking people.  ^-^

It is extremely important to keep in mind that things like, "it's just my opinion" don't automatically prevent you from having someone criticize your very own opinion. They still have the right to speak their mind as well. I would also like to say that you should be careful in how you word such things.

Don't hold back and always know, all the answers will unfold

Yeah, I should. Just cause I don't get offended by people doesn't mean they don't get offended when I say things.

Hey, it's great you don't get offended, just be careful next time. :)

I do not care what kind of replies or how many people are going to hate me in this forum. But it's obvious that people in here can't take much crap cause someone had to close my thread. I am allowed to spew hateful comments but thats something this forum can't handle, can they? Maybe I'm hitting too close to home. I seriously don't care if I get blocked cause some people in here just need to learn to be strong. No wonder there are so many bullies and victims in this world? People like you who can't stand your own ground and protect yourselves. Instead, youse just hide away. I am intelligent and very strong. Whatever people say esp over the internet, people shouldn't take it to heart and get worked over it. Build a wall around you and look atfter yourselves if you wanna go on this long journey of transition.

But why do you choose to live in hate? That's what I don't understand. Someone else's choice has no impact on you directly. Why hate something or someone for their life choices?

Isn't being openly hateful here against the forum rules? It's not that we can't take ->-bleeped-<-. It's that we won't.

Teknoir u said in a way that i can understand. In my town it's okay to be lesbian but not gay. I was raised female and it was ingrained in my brain that if u have a female parts regardless of how u feel and who u no u are u have to like men and vice versa. Its hard for me to understand lesbians because i dont like females period and to date one that seems like there'd be to much drama. If im attracted to males but i identify as male ppl that dont no me take me as gay but the ppl that do no me are like okay ur straght. Just because im trans doesnt mean i understand what its like to be gay. ppl here i think have a lot of confidence they are male and thats that, if they date a female there straight. i used to be like that when i was really little but then i woke up i faced reality. it occured to me i wouldnt grow to be a man i dont have the right parts and ppl treat me like a female. reality is right now i cant join the army, compete with males at my school, i cant use the mens room at my school, because i dont have the parts. I have a male brain and i want to be male but physically im not. for me to say that im male would just remind me that im not. if everyone used my male name and the right pronouns then i could be like im a man treat me like one. neurologically i am the same as a cis male but everyone tries to tell me that im not

I read your posts in the other thread and was really baffled by what you were saying and trying to accomplish. I understand you don't want to be in a gay relationship, but why deny or exclude others?
Being a man doesn't mean trampling on people with your 'honesty', which I would hardly call it that, more like bigotry.

But anyhow, you did seem to try and understand near the end of the thread, but now you're admitting you purposely hurt others to toughen them up?

What the hell? We all get enough crap, why bring it here?  >:(

Exactly. It was so out of nowhere. *scratches head*

Uh, no, you are not allowed to "spew hateful comments."

Accord, many of us here (including me) have made comments that we should probably have rephrased for civility--or just kept to ourselves. But one of your posts violated the Terms of Service on two counts:

"10. Bashing or flaming of any individuals or groups is not acceptable behavior on this web site and will not be tolerated in the slightest for any reason."

and

"14. The posting of personal ads, replies to/or proposals for dates, veiled references to hoped-for orgies, gay-bashing, gender-bashing messages, and/or graphic sexual activity is not permitted. Chaste references to anatomy and its functions are allowed."

Frankly, I don't mind that some people are squicked out by the idea of gay sex. I don't even mind if they actively avoid gay people. If they feel that strongly about homosexuality, then they are probably better off staying away. But when your post went from "help me to understand" to "gays are abnormal," you crossed the line, in a big way. It was an inflammatory remark, and if you've read the TOS, you know that. Yes, other people reacted strongly. If I had read the entire thread from start to finish when I first arrived on the scene (I think I've learned my lesson now), I would have put on my moderator badge right away and taken action.

Yes, people got defensive. They became defensive because, in violation of Susan's very sensible rules, you bashed an entire group in a supposedly safe forum. For a parallel, you could just as easily have said that Asian Americans are abnormal or little people are abnormal or people in wheelchairs are abnormal or lefties are abnormal or people with blond hair and blue eyes are abnormal. And that just doesn't fly here.

I'm locking this thread. Please take responsibility for learning the rules, and abide by them.
