Pants! Underwear!

I've been out buying pants today. By pants, I mean the little cotton things you wrap round your private bits (underwear). I like to buy men's pants because they're comfy and make me feel good. I have to wear relatively feminine clothes to work, so *knowing* I've got my manpants on is good for the soul!

Now, advice - the way manpants are cut, I end up with so much coverage I look like my grandad - the size which fits round my waist goes halfway up my tummy - not the sexiest look! Does anyone have suggestions on which cut of man's underwear is the most flattering? Anyone tried the designer stuff (eg: Calvin Klein, Paul Smith) with any success?

I wear briefs because I have fat thighs and boxers ride up  :(   I wear mostly sports brands but have a few Ben Sherman and Emporio Armani too.  The Armani ones are certainly my favourites!

A good cheap pair of "Fruit of the Loom" boxers are comfortable to me.

I always go for the cheaper stuff. No point in spending god knows how much on a pair of pants that no one else will see.

I wear boxer shorts mainly, but wear boxer briefs if I'm wearing tighter trousers and/or packing.
I have a pair of Lycra boxer briefs and they're super comfy. Definitely recommend them.

I can SO relate to the grandad pants thing!

What I have taken to wearing is low rise boxers/trunks.  They aren't as huge as other boxers and sit nicely low on the waist.  They do have a spare bit at the front (if you are not packing, which I don't for work) but that is not noticeable.

If you want woman fit boxers, look for "boy shorts".  They are sort of hot pants sized and are a nice stop gap.

Lots of places, like Marks and Spencer and even Primark do both of these.

Look for anything low rise/hipster.

Hipsters in particular are good for packing since they don't usually have a peepee hole in the crotch.

IDK where you live but if you're in the UK Everlast trunks are good and you can get a pack of 2 for under £10 so they are much cheaper that Calvin Kleins etc.

I liked boxer briefs but those made any packer act more like a monkey than a packer...

I have to wear little boy's briefs for them to fit me. That's changing on T, but til now I wear a 30 or 32 waist in jeans and a 18/20 in boy's underwear. They're better at holding in the packer, too.

I wear these:

I get them pretty small and smoosh my packer in and it stays put real well.  Plus you get tonnes of colours and they're really comfortable. They're from American Apparel.

I wear boxers and boxer briefs when I'm doing athletic stuff or my martial arts training. Wearing briefs just doesn't cut it for me, and sometimes my binders would give me wedgies if I wear briefs. So Boxers or boxer briefs it is.

Though a word of advice, don't wear boxers if you need to tuck your shirt in, it looks pretty bad if you do and might show off feminine features.
