So I just finished watching Tyra's & Dr. Oz's episodes on transgender children and their parents.

I feel Dr. Oz was more prepared & handled it all a little better than Tyra. Tyra kind of made me upset because of some things she was saying & how she took certain issues. Dr. Oz seemed more open minded/informed. Tyra kind of sounded ignorant, no offense. Idk id kind of like to have some things cleared up & address some of the issues I had with her way of thinking, & the small mistakes she would make in the way she talked about it.

Am I alone in feeling this way? Has anyone else seen these shows?
Gender expression is NOT gender identity.

I saw a really terrible one early in the year, a "documentary" on trans children that used the chosen names but wrong pronouns.  It was infuriating.  They had a man who was years post transition and they still called him she.

On the plus side I got so outraged about it that it helped me move forward with transitioning.

Yeah I guess, for some ppl if it wasn't for them showing this stuff on tv, we'd still be lost.

Well, one is a doctor.  To wit:In 1982 he received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University. In 1986, he obtained a joint MD and MBA degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and The Wharton School.  He was awarded the Captain's Athletic Award for leadership in college and was Class President followed by President of the Student Body during medical school.

The other one is a supermodel, who has has about the most awesome tits in the world and one hell of a vajayjay too.

I wonder why one comes off as being a bit smarter.
FIGHT APATHY!, or don't...
