There's no need to be worried about not finding medical professionals who will help you transition. Just get good referrals from local organizations, and don't get railroaded into going to physicians picked out for you by parents. "Transexuals" are basically self-diagnosed and self-treated. The medical professionals are just along for the ride. Even if you get a diagnosis for depression, bipolar, or schizophrenia or whatever, they just treat that and then go forward from there. It's a brief delay, but not a complete obstacle to transition. Only you can stop you, by deciding to detransition, and even that is just another delay if you decide to transition again. All they need to see is a persistent desire to transition and RLT over the course of a year, without untreated psychosis, suicide attempts, etc. You're good to go.
