When I use to drive 18-wheeler, I would make what is call a trucker's speedball.  Take a piece of cheesecloth, place a teaspoon each of espresso grounds and instant coffee, twist closed and place between your cheek and gum.  It will keep you up for a few hours.

I start drooling in the coffee isle looking at them 

I used to get the biggest coffee I could at the truck stop, dump a small jar of instant in it and lots of sugar. It'd last me for many a mile. I hadn't thought about that in a long time.....

Actually the "Trucker's speedball" is nothing new or all that strange. It's what someone does instead of drugs when they have to drive a long way but don't want to stop to pee several times along the way

I love coffee.
