Definitely not...

  The community is great when added to therapy but there's nothing like a GOOD, personal therapist... A good therapy session leaves me feeling empowered to do what I have to do to make my life better. It's 100% focus on YOU from a professional's perspective. Finding a good therapist can be difficult; sometimes you have to try a few before you find a good fit but when you do, it can be miraculous!
