Well after many months I finally have scheduled my first session which is for next friday. I am both nervous and excited about starting. Excited because I have repressed my true self for over 24 years and nervous because it is a complete stranger that I am about to open to. Granted I pretty much spilled my life during our initial conversation I have no idea what to expect now. Wish me luck.

it will be your second session and hopefully the therapist will have listened to what you were saying and gotten some idea of which way you want to go.
