It seems to me that in your summary, while honest and strong, tends to focus on the negatives more than the positives. It highlights the things you hate or have contempt for as opposed to the things that you love, respect and embrace. There are some good ones in there, especially about being treated well and loving yourself, but it's a bit over shadowed by all the things you don't like. Not that you shouldn't express how you feel, but to a person who's looking at this as a first impression you may come off as a bit judgmental of others because much of what you state can be taken and some is rather critical of the way others live. Not saying any of these are bad things about you at all, but maybe they aren't the things that should be said first without getting you know more about your personality as opposed to your dislikes.
By saying:
I don't gossip
I don't lie
I don't cheat
I don't steal
it almost comes off as saying that you do expect that others do on a regular basis, or that you feel the need to defend yourself lest someone did think you did these things
The things you list here however:
I do care how well you treat yourself and others
I'm not pretty, but I love myself and am happy with the way I look
I would never change for anyone nor would I ask anyone to change for me
I do like to be treated like a woman
I like to please my special someone
I love to laugh
I love physical activity
I'm very patient
I care
came to me as very positive, respectable and really quite lovable. And I do seriously mean lovable, not in a trite cutesy way, but in a very warm and genuine way
