I bought some more women's undies and a couple of camisoles today, and I'm about to go out wearing both (concealed under cargo shorts and a baggy Red Sox t-shirt, of course).. I'm also going out with everything "tucked" for the first time (yay for two pairs of tight panties)... I'm a bit nervous, but it's also making me feel ever so slightly better... Stay tuned.

I'm right there with you, girl!  I went out last week for the first time with panties on and tucked, and yes, wearing cargo shorts (guilty as charged...).  My destination was the local thrift store, where I bought a pair of womens' jeans (size 16) and a top (Old Navy).  I actually tried the jeans on in the store.  And the amazing part... while I was standing there waiting for a fitting room to come free (they were all taken), what was playing on the loudspeakers?  "You Make Me Feel Like A Natural Woman..."  No kidding!  Aretha was singin' me home.  Nobody'd believe it in a movie!  Now, I'm looking forward to wearing my new clothes next time I go to a support group meeting or something.  Not ready to go out in public dressed yet, except for a safe venue like that.  But soon, maybe...

You will rock!

Go for it!  I go to the mall daily dressed as an androgyne (although I'm a MTF transsexual) and have been doing so for about 3 years now ... even before starting my hormone replacement therapy.  Sure, you get an occasional grin or giggle.  Won't kill you.  Heck with 'em.  You go, girl!    ;)
Believe.  Persist.  Arrive.    :D
