Well its gone 6pm....so I've just downed another pill....Raya.... and big thanks for your kind wishes...its defo a lift for me!
The pain is not acute, but uncomfortable... and gets worse as the evening draws in....but then it's always like this no matter what it is surgery wise you undertake...your body lulls at night... pre sleeps....
And it's not wise to over-dose the pain meds....but apart from yer mouth yer genitals are highly nerve, blood vessel populated.... so it's a no-brainer that it'll be tough....
At least I slept a bit better last night...but the dreams were not nice....
And nope I'm on my own now.... as such unless there's an emergency problemo....as the Meltzer clinic is only open Mon-Thurs....so closed for the weekend.
However I have a wonderful option on-board Michele from Nip & Tuck Nurses who'll be in again tomorrow morn to perk me up, she's a lovely lady and it's a great option if you be solo, like I am at the mo....she's a full RN so I can trust in her judgement....
Infection now is my greatest concern, so I have to be very careful with my cleanliness care....as this 2nd stage procedure means your stitched massively.... sutured up to the hilt....
But hopefully when ma catheter comes out on Mon, things should really start improving for me.... with one in its like cystitis...you feel the need to pee constantly...which is a real drag....
As to Sacramento, when I lift off from PHX on the 28th I'll see those gorgeous mountains again as I head home for London....
So will wave for you, for sure... as they say here I'm go with that....lol
