Yeah, it's perfectly safe. The main safety difference between men's and women's supplements is that women's can safely include more iron - this one's no exception. If you're on T or any birth control that's stopped your periods or if you have a hysterectomy, it's actually better to avoid taking the women's versions because of the excess iron. Other than that...the difference seems to be that the boys get more of some of the B vitamins and magnesium while the girls get slightly more calcium. The B isn't a big deal at all - all the Bs have very low toxicity and are water-soluble. Lower calcium just means you have to get more from your diet. And I'm not at all sure why there's a gender difference for magnesium.
