I tried nominate myself for homecoming king at school, but I'm not out at school.

My friend told me that I would have to subtract two things and add one thing in order for that to work. Then, she went on to say that they pull everything out (of the vagina) to make a penis.
I don't know about you guys, but I swear on my life that I was positive it doesn't work that way. I didn't bother to explain it to her since I didn't want to be questioned about why I know a little too much about SRS than the average person and homeroom was almost over. I just didn't want to take up the time.

I hear it a lot from people who don't know anything about FtMs.

Yeah, that doesn't sound right. Most bottom surgeries consist of taking skin from the arm or thigh and making that into a penis.

There are actually 2 types of surgeries and one of them does the skin graft.

I thought most of them were skin grafts. Every bottom surgery I've found for FtMs involves skin grafts, anyway.

The phalloplasty does the skin grafts. Some only get the metoidioplasty

Ah, yes. I often forget about metoidioplasty for some reason.

Yeah woops, I always forget about Metaidoioplasty.

This is a guide to FTM surgery I found, pretty helpful.

Hope the link works, my rank has limitations. Been trying to boost it up without spamming hehe.

I'm going to run for Homecoming King one day, if I get my nerve up.
Push it baby, push it baby, out of control, I got my gun cocked tight and I'm ready to blow. ;)

There's a third one called a centurion as well.

They definitely DON'T turn the vagina inside out and into a penis!!  ::)

For meta they turn your enlarged clit into a mini-penis and your labia into a scrotum.  If you get a urethral hookup, they close the vagina after removing the lining (so no secretions).

For Phallo they do use skin grafts (forearm and other locations) and incorporate your clit into its base.  But same deal, the vagina is not used and is usually closed.
