Slowly she turned, millimeter by millimeter......

lol she totally does that in person too! *hugs Sui*  I had my ticker up for 9 months before my surgery. It goes by so fast it's actually kind of nice to watch it count down.

Doctor McGinn actually has a dilation manual that she gives out. It's really only a little pamphlet but it has some good advice.

no it's just something she gives to her patients, along with several pages of post-op instructions. I wish she would post it all online it's some really good information. I guess it couldn't hurt to ask her next time I see her at the end of this month.
