Well spiro would because spiro competes with the "Androgen Receptor" whitch is what both T and DHT bind to. but it's not 100% effective and as we've already been masculinized we want to get as much T blocking as possible for best results.

What happens with shedding in those cases is abit unusual already significantly weakened hairs will fall out but will regrow thicker whereas they would'nt have before the T/DHT would have killed them off.

I have been on fin by itself for around 5 months. Didnt notice any shedding.  Starting to see some new growth on the hair line

Haven't been on it for long, but have yet to see any hair loss or shedding, I'm loosing less hair in fact, maybe only one or two strands every few days opposed to 3-4 everytime I ran my fingers through my hair.
