Female hormones won't change a male voice. Wheather your on HRT or not you will need to train.

A good vocal coach, speech therapist or even some of the free online guides can get results like that.. It's nothing special.

Having had some classical vocal training in the past, I know the theory involved - just can't quite do it all the time yet..

any ladies here in susan already achieve this sexy voice? care to teach all the newbie?

The only real thing you can do is practice. Get a tape recorder and just go with it. If you play online games and have come out to an online friend, any of the chat programs are really good practice. Just having someone else to criticize or compliment does wonders for your voice.

This girl's YouTube channel has videos for voice training. http://www.youtube.com/user/candiFLA Definately worth checking out. I've watched most of them but I didn't try them out owing to the lack of privacy at home. It about going into falsetto and then fine tune it from there,  I suppose practise is the key to making it perfect.

And no, hormones wont change your voice and neither does having your nuts removed (contrary to popular believe by the non-TS) and I am sure alot of people already know.
