Hi Everyone:

Steph is doing okay - though there is a lot of pain, swelling, and "other" stuff.  Steph and I have been talking about starting a new thread called "The hope, glory and the reality of it all.....".  In it will be the things that they don't tell you about the things they should put on the list of items to bring with you, and much more....

Steph is now in the convalesence home, called the residence.  There isn't any internet there so she has not been able to come on-line to thank everyone for the well wishes, but I have been passing them on.

Oh boy!  You see, this is what I fear the most.  Hopefully the doctors are giving her something to relieve the pain although sometimes they don't want to.  I'd imagine that as the days pass, her condition will improve and so will the pain.
