Does anyone know of any excersises to elongate and shrink the size of the neck.  I have a pretty thick neck that hurts my female presentation.  Any ideas would be apppreciated.  Granted if I was in positon to be able to take hormones, I am sure that would help feminize my neck.

I am not a physician but without some pretty serious surgery there is nothing to be done. Suggestion, the proper attire will help. What you wear can make alot of difference.
