You've got that long-haired skater-boi look. My nephew has that look and he's a pretty boy as well, though he hates to admit it, so I'd say you achieved the look you wanted! 

I would say a little androgynous, but more male. I think it's because you look pretty young and the masculine features aren't hardened.

For what it's worth it reads as male to me about 90%, but I agree with the andro rockstar type of male, and a little bit emo boyish (you do look very young). You have a very attractive face, but with the colors going on it kinda downplays and/or mashes up whatever contrast is going on with your skin tone in the face, and it *could* read andro female to me if you had a great deal of contrast in your tones (hair v. eyes v. lips v. skin).  Just my opinions though  =/
