I'm rockin' some mac' n cheese (gourmet style of coarse)   

Okay, all I did was add some onions, olives, mushrooms, a few shakes from my Italian seasonings thingy and some grated mozzarella and provolone cheese to a mac n cheese package and cooked up a hot Italian sausage

A few extra minutes turned blah to YUM!!!

I overslept and didn't have time for breakfast before I left for work. So, it's just a cup of coffee for now.

A small pot of 0% fat greek yogurt, a few meringue cookies, and some dried apples.

A pineapple coconut and Orange smoothie.

fettuccine shrimp in a tomato mushroom sauce with a breaded fish

Oyakodon, shrimp tempura and matcha tea.  Delicious 

0% fat caramel greek yogurt mixed with cereal and a cup of black coffee.

I'm drinking another cream soda, hoping that it will make me go to the bathroom before work.

On my third cup of coffee this morning, had a banana earlier.
