i've been binding for over two years now and recently i have been sick for about a month. i just got over this and several days later, i develop a cough. no flu, no snot, no headaches, just a cough. it sounds terrible, i'm basically ripping up my throat. a friend of mine has proposed that by binding, i've done damage to my immune system/lungs. i'm not sure how this would work, as i have never increased the intensity/time period of binding, and i do everything in it just fine, from singing, to dance, to general day to day stuff. i haven't slept or eaten any less than usual. so i don't get it.

has anyone else developed health problems? maybe i am just a sickly person...as a general course, i don't sleep or eat enough.

wheat thins are delicious

when ever you take your binder off at night do yo make sure you do a deep cough to clear any fluid that may have gathered in your lungs during the day?
