4 slices of Yves fake meat (surprisingly I like that stuff)

I'm now working on making some vanilla frozen yogurt.  I'm on a cooking site and my idea for this weekend is tacos.

I just made cashew brittle, and the house smells like Heaven!

Made some beans and onions with honey and molasses and garlic and raisins and carrots

Toast and coffee

Nothing containing meat...yep, that's right, I'm now officially vegetarian

OOPS! Sorry, Helena, I'm having homemade salisbury steak and gravy with white rice and peas.

'Original'-flavour Polos (Peppermint, I think). Should really stop using them as snacks and go and get some carrot sticks, but they're downstairs and I'm being lazy

Nestle Abuelita... Your supposed to make Mexican hot chocolate with it, but I like to put some in my coffee from time to time... But right now I'm just snackin' on it to feed my choco fiendings

Salads at the moment, being summer here, generally with fish or chicken, although I had a lovely Scotch Fillet steak last night.
Lots of fruit, Cantaloupe are in season at the moment, and cold out of the fridge are a terrific dessert.

Lately I've been loving breakfast... today I'm having a cup of black coffee, a Gala apple, and a pot of Oikos 0% fat Greek yogurt with caramel.
